All of our plants are shipped within 1-3 business days of ordering unless there are extreme weather conditions where we will hold back orders until the appropriate weather conditions return. We ship all of our plants in either insulated and padded envelopes or fully insulated boxes for multiple orders. During winter months when the overnight temperature dips below freezing, we recommend the addition of a heat pack (please add one to your cart).

We use two methods to ship plants. Please choose the one that is appropriate for your needs. Please note that live guarantee is only available when selecting the fastest shipping method and a heat pack is added to the cart (between Nov-March)

DOA POLICY

DOA claims are only valid when EXPRESS SHIPPING is chosen at the time of ordering. Heat packs are also required for DOA between the months of November to March.

For any DOA claims, please send us a picture immediately following arrival within 1 hour and we will do our best to either send a replacement or refund your purchase price. Please note, shipping is non-refundable.
