Due to extreme heat in Ontario - some orders may be delayed to ensure safe arrival. Please contact us for more information.
Shipping Days
We typically ship on Mondays and Wednesdays to allow sufficient transit time before weekends.

Orders placed Wednesday through Sunday will generally ship the following Monday.

Couriers do not deliver on weekends.

Processing Times
Processing time is the time required to prepare and pack your order before it is handed off to the courier.

Shipping Refund Policy
Shipping fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
The Live Arrival Guarantee applies only to the value of the plant or animal and does not include shipping costs.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that shipping charges will not be refunded for delayed deliveries, weather-related holds, refused shipments, incorrect addresses, missed deliveries, carrier delays, or approved Live Arrival Guarantee claims.
Address Accuracy
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays, losses, returned packages, or missed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
Please verify all address and contact details carefully before submitting your order.
Package Redirects & Hold-for-Pickup Requests
Any request to redirect a shipment after it has been dispatched, including but not limited to:

is made entirely at the customer's risk.
Redirected shipments often result in additional handling and delivery delays of 1–2 business days or more. Because these delays are outside of our control and can adversely affect live plants, shrimp, snails, and other livestock, all Live Arrival Guarantees, shipping guarantees, and related protections are immediately void once a package is redirected, held for pickup, or otherwise modified from its original delivery address.
Aquaflora Canada is not responsible for losses, delays, damage, dead-on-arrival livestock, or deteriorated plant condition resulting from any customer-requested delivery modification.
By requesting a package redirect or hold-for-pickup service, the customer acknowledges and accepts all associated risks.
Shrimp & Snail Orders Shipped Using Plant Shipping
Orders containing shrimp must be shipped using the appropriate live animal shipping option.
If a customer chooses Plant Shipping for an order containing shrimp or snails, they acknowledge and accept all risks associated with that shipping method.
No refunds, credits, replacements, or exceptions will be provided for livestock losses when Plant Shipping is selected. This policy applies regardless of:

Transit times

Carrier handling

The condition of the livestock upon arrival
To ensure fairness to all customers, we cannot make exceptions for orders that do not use the required shipping method.
Customers who purchase the proper live animal shipping service pay an additional cost to receive the protections and guarantees associated with transporting live livestock. Providing compensation to customers who choose a lower-cost shipping option would be unfair to those who follow the shipping requirements.
By placing an order containing shrimp or snails and selecting Plant Shipping, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
