Winter Shipping in Effect
As overnight temperatures across parts of Canada begin to fall below freezing, our Winter Shipping system is now in effect.
To ensure the safe arrival of live plants and livestock, we strongly recommend selecting Express Shipping whenever possible. Express Shipping includes insulated packaging, heat packs when required, and qualifies for our Live Arrival Guarantee.
Orders shipped using Standard (Ground) Shipping during winter months do not qualify for credits or guarantees for DOAs. Customers are responsible for reviewing and selecting the appropriate shipping option prior to checkout. Please review all policies carefully before placing your order.
Weather-Related Delays
We closely monitor weather conditions across Canada. In cases of extreme cold or anticipated courier delays, we may temporarily hold shipments to protect the health of your order. These decisions are made in the best interest of safe delivery.
Shipping Days
We typically ship Mondays and Wednesdays, allowing sufficient transit time for deliveries to arrive before the weekend.

Processing Times
Processing time is the time required to prepare and pack your order before it is handed off to the courier.

Shipping Refund Policy
Shipping fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
The Live Arrival Guarantee applies only to the value of the plant or animal and does not include shipping costs. Please ensure you understand this policy before placing an order.
