120% Live Plant Arrival Guarantee

However, unforeseen situations can occur, and that's precisely why our exclusive Live Arrival Guarantee exists. Here's a breakdown of how it operates:

1.Ensure you opt for Express shipping during checkout.

2.Upon receiving your package, promptly inspect it for any indications of deceased plants.

3.Report any deceased plants within 4 hours of receiving the package (based on the "Delivered" time on the courier's tracking app). Include a photo of the plants still inside the bag.Please be aware that plants already planted will not be eligible for the Dead On Arrival policy.

4. After confirming your pictures, a store credit, equivalent to 120% of the plant price, will be automatically issued for use on your next order.

Customers who choose REGULAR shipping are not covered by our Live Arrival Guarantee.

All store credits will be dispatched within 3 business days following verification.

With that said, unforeseen circumstances can arise, which is why we offer our exclusive Live Fish, Shrimp, and Snail Arrival Guarantee. Here's how it operates:

  1. Live Fish require Express shipping as the sole option. Ensure that you select the correct zone based on your province.

  2. Upon receiving your package, promptly inspect it for any indications of deceased fish, shrimp, or snails.

  3. Report any deceased animals within 2 hours of receiving the package (based on the "Delivered" time on the courier's tracking app). Include a photo of the animals still inside the bag; pictures of animals outside their original packaging do not qualify for the guarantee.

  4. Once we confirm your images, a store credit equivalent to 120% of the animal price will be automatically issued for use on your next order.

  5. Pictures taken of animals outside the bag or after removing rubber bands will not qualify for the guarantee. Once the fish, shrimp, or snails are introduced into your aquarium, the guarantee becomes void.

Your Responsibility

Customers should regularly check their tracking number(s) for updates and take note of the anticipated delivery date and time. We make every effort to pack and insulate items appropriately based on prevailing weather conditions.

If you anticipate being unavailable to receive the delivery, please contact the courier and arrange for the package to be sent to a retail pickup location. Failure to be present for the initial delivery attempt by the postal/courier service voids the Live Arrival Guarantee.

AquaFloraCanada does not provide refunds for Dead on Arrival animals or plants, except in cases where the wrong item is shipped, in which case only store credit will be issued.

AquaFloraCanada is not liable for missed shipments or undeliverable items resulting from incorrect shipping information provided during checkout.

 

Refund and Exchange Policy

Aquafloracanada has a strict no refund and Exchange policy on all live plants, fish, shrimp and snails. Please understand this prior to ordering. We will only refund live products if we have made a mistake and sent an incorrect item to you. All other issues regarding damaged or dead on arrival will be credited based on the Live Arrival Guarantee Policy above.
