Tissue Culture Planting Instructions
Carefully remove the plant from its tissue culture container and rinse away all nutrient gel using clean water. Gently separate the plant into smaller portions and plant them into your aquarium substrate using aquascaping tweezers.
Provide adequate lighting, nutrients, and stable water parameters to encourage healthy establishment and new submerged growth.
Important Notes
As with many aquatic plants, Hygrophila Chia may undergo a short adjustment period after planting. Some initial changes in leaf appearance or growth are normal as the plant adapts to its new environment.
Growth density, leaf size, and overall appearance may vary depending on lighting, CO₂ availability, nutrient levels, and trimming frequency.
An excellent choice for aquascapers looking for something different, Hygrophila Chia offers distinctive texture, compact growth, and beautiful greenery in a convenient tissue culture format.
