Coral Moss – Riccardia chamedryfolia – XL Colony
Bring instant maturity to your aquascape with our XL Coral Moss Colony. Unlike small mesh portions or starter-sized pieces, each XL colony is a large, dense, established clump approximately the size of a softball 5" x 5" , giving you a substantial amount of Riccardia right from the start.
Riccardia chamedryfolia, commonly known as Coral Moss or Mini Pellia, is prized for its intricate, branching growth that resembles miniature underwater coral. Its compact form and rich green coloration make it an excellent choice for attaching to driftwood, stones, bonsai-style aquascapes, or creating lush foreground and hardscape accents.
These oversized colonies are particularly useful for aquascapers who want immediate visual impact without purchasing numerous smaller portions and waiting months for them to fill in.
What you'll receive: One XL, dense Coral Moss colony approximately softball-sized. As this is a naturally grown product, exact shape, density, and size will vary slightly between colonies.
