This was my first time buying from Aqua Flora, Canada. The plant came very fast and looks to be in very good condition. They also sent me a bonus plan which was very nice. I would definitely buy from this company again.

To say I love everything about this online company is a huge understatment! From the price, which is the best I've seen and there's always a sale of some kind going on, to the quality of the plants, AquaFlora can't be beat. Best of all is the amazing customer service. Every company has little glitches here and there but it's how those glitches are handled that make the difference. Louis has been beyond incredible to deal with and I haven't had a bad experience to speak of. I've purchased plants, fish, snails and shrimp, everything comes extremely well packed and arrives healthy!

This was my first time purchasing plants here. I'm definitely happy with the quality! They're very healthy, and generously sized. I got an email within an hr of purchasing, the seller upgraded my shipping to express. I'm happy they did! And noted for future future purchases. Express and not standard shipping is preferred for quality assurance. Purchased on a wednesday morning and arrived on friday afternoon. I'm extremely happy with the care that went into shipping, the items are individually packed, clean and seem to be pest free, aside from a few duckweed floaters in with the frogbit, which is to be expected and works out well for my setup as I was planning on adding duckweed anyhow. Plus I was given a free bonus plant. There's an amazing variety of plants to choose from as well. Definitely looking forward to future purchases and projects.

Well everything went smooth. Minus the Fed ex delivery. They had it, didn't deliver it and dropped it off the next day. I ordered it with the heat pack for delivery and I'm pretty sure that's what saved them! No fault of the store at all. Plants are beautiful and a good size. Very pleased.

Plants were all healthy and without damage! By far the best aquatic plants I've ever had shipped.

Firstly, this was my second order with Aquaflora. Both shipments were received in the time windows promised. Both orders were well packaged (insulated with heat packs) with all plants being of excellent size (some being certainly splittable) and individually packaged and labelled. Plus bonus plant(s) was/were included with each order and, no, they weren’t plants in, let’s say, sub class condition - they were specimens that were as nice as what I ordered - thanks Aquaflora! I would not hesitate to recommend Aquaflora as a ‘go to’ for your aquarium plants. The Stardust Mini will, no doubt, be a standout in my tank!
