Do I need an import permit to order from AquaFloraCanada?
No. Retail customers ordering approved products through our website do not require an import permit. We only offer products that are eligible for shipment to U.S. customers.
Why can't I find certain plants, shrimp, or snails on the U.S. website?
Some species are restricted from shipment to the United States due to import regulations. U.S. customers will only be shown products that are eligible for shipment to their location.
Where do orders ship from?
All orders are shipped from our facility in Ontario Canada
How long does shipping take?
Most U.S. orders arrive within 1–5 business days after shipment, depending on destination and shipping method selected.
