Green Neon Rasbora (Microdevario kubotai)
The Green Neon Rasbora adds a brilliant flash of lime green to a planted aquarium. Its small size and bright colour are especially striking in a group against dark substrate and lush greenery.
Native to clear streams in Thailand and Myanmar, this peaceful fish does best in a mature aquarium with clean, well-oxygenated water and room to swim. Keep at least 8–10 together to help them feel secure and bring out their natural group behaviour. Choose similarly sized, peaceful tankmates.
Feed a variety of appropriately sized foods, including micro pellets or finely crushed flakes, supplemented with small frozen or live foods such as daphnia and baby brine shrimp.
